Modern New Steel Alloy Automatic Garage Door For Villa
Door panels are manufactured in an industrial production line of door panels and insulating plates. The total thickness of the panel is 40 mm. The upper and lower layers are of pre-painted steel plates 0.326 mm thick. The top-down coating treatment consists of: polyester coating, primer, passivation layer, galvanized layer, wood web engraving and strip-shaped ribs on both sides to reinforce the panel. Between the two layers of steel plates is filled with rigid polyurethane foam, with an approximate density of 47 kg/m³.
